Early distribution mechanisms

We want the RAD distribution to be dedicated to protocol users:

• Phase 1 : Pioneers will benefit up to 100% of their Ramp fees in RAD,

• Phase 2 : Early adopters will also benefit of their Ramp fees in RAD but with a fewer percentage.

Those rewards conditions will be voted by the DAO.
